Return Policy

We hope that you love your Vintage S0-AL handmade creations. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. All of our products are handmade and although every item is thoroughly inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a defected item. If you feel as though you have received a defective item please email us at within three days of receiving your item. We will be happy to repair or exchange it. Once we confirm you have a defected item, you will have three business days to ship it back to us. Only the original purchaser can receive repair or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Remember we only ship to the original address on file.
All items must be new, unwashed, and unworn.
Unopened packages marked "return to sender" will not be accepted.

Due to screen difference and different photography lighting we cannot guarantee the colors will be exactly as appear in photos.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then begin the repair/exchange process. Due to the nature of our products, this process may take up to 2-3 weeks. Please allow time for us to provide you with the best work possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will have your item back to you as time permits.
